[Volunteers] Restoration Circle Tomorrow Afternoon

Hi Everyone,

We are planning our Restoration Circle for tomorrow, WEdnesday July  
9th, 2008 in the afternoon.

Please do your best to come to support our entire community here at  
the center.

This is going to be an amazing opportunity to learn about dealing  
with conflict, listening, and non-violent communication.

The session will be from about 1:00-3:30 at the latest, but the times  
haven't been set in stone yet.

I will send out an other reminder about the finalized times.

Please let me know if there are any better times of the afternoon, as  
in early afternoon or later, for your involvement.
The latest we could start would probably be 3:00pm.

Lastly we also need agreement on an Act that surfaces as a focal  
point for getting our discussions started.   I am proposing that the  
act could be me deciding that Stephanie could do classes at the  
center without working out issues beforehand, which escalated the  
intensity of the situation.  My act simply represents a turning point  
where everything got more heated, and lead us to where we are now.  I  
didn't realize at the time the seriousness of the problems that were  
created from conflict way past that hadn't been dealt with, and  
therefore created a difficult situation we find ourself in now.  So  
even though the act was a few weeks ago, it connects to many other  
instances and issues that have come up.  Let me know if you have any  
problems with this being the act we all agree on.
