? some people ask.  What if the #hastag is already being use by someone else?  Answer = these has tags are so low an general, that there is no way any group or person can claim ownership of them in anyway.  The purpose of these types of #'s is to generate interconnections not divisions.  In the same way if multiple organizations use the same acronym, the purpose of that hashtag is for interconnections between those organizations.  IT is very easy to add an additional character or word to create a specific hashtag for an individual organization, but broad acronyms are a community resource for collaboration.
