URA.s.steering Primary Component Pad:

Purpose of Pad: This pad represent the primary and foundational organizing component to coordinate the foundational systems and processes that allow the rest of the network, genie and moes to propogate.  Currently this structural component is the CommUnity elections combo which includes idea fun, proposals, and general prioritization.  This can always change as unity, the moes, and / or the steering strategies evolve.

Purpose of the Primary Component: Open communications!!! The primary component allows open communications that evolve from complete open anything communications, even undocumented / unreviewed, all the way to highest structures levels including offical Steering committee Meetings and Jays personal life sessions.  There is no right way or wrong way to engagde or be engaged, and there is no need for any of it to be offically acepted or approved, although any proposal can be registered and voted on publicly by using the correct processes.  

Community Elections Open Completion / Initiation: Anyone can initiate the end (and by definition begining of the next election) at any time.  Typically this would be a daily election, but could also be a 1/2 day, 1/4 day, or even hourly election depending on when the last one happened.  This would not include any offical frequency elections including Twice a month, monthly, or possibly weekly depending on the situation and what has already been planned.  All publicly processed elections results are always done by volunteers, but the wining idea get a minimum of $0.01. As a quick explinatio nof how this works, we will just say that anyone can engadge in public internaitonal communications asking people to finish voting on the available ideas in the open voting mediums, and then collectivlly tabulate the vote to see who wins.  Then doccument and announce the resuts.  This can all be done in under 1 hour, and use real-time and asyncronious aspects.
