Typically overtime is paid 1.5x
If your working 60 hour weeks
3 jobs, and you have 20 hours per week of overtime
Each Job should be taking on 1/3rd of the overtime comment level.
If they worked 9 hours for Unity
Then 3 of those 9 hours would be paid as overtime
