Zillu worker proposal - 3 months $1/hr or $15/wk - through ~July 20th
    Can do it for a week at a time for transition into salary. 
    - Aproved for $200 budget

Change in application and proposal process for workers:

• All future workers wil appy in buddy teams of 2-3 people, that will help each other with the proposal process, as well as supporting each other with scheduling and basic training.
