General Posting Process Pad:
Work opportunity status: ACTIVE
Goal: To make posts on any online web-based network including Facebook, Blogs, Twitter, Craigslist and more. . .
Task: Log-in, then Copy and past a pre-made message into an online network, then post or publish it.
Time: Should be able to do one post in less than 5 minutes if not faster. Although the first one might take 10m to get used to.

Key Information:
To complete this task you will be given a link for the specific type or types of messages that will be posted. There are 5 key pieces of information that you will need to post each message successfully. If you do not have at least the first 2, ask for them.
- 1. link to the message(s) to be posted
- 2. Log-in info for Account
- 3. Location to post
- 4. Possible category or tags to include with post
- 5. Link to possible pictures or documents to upload with post
Steps:
Step 1: Message
- Step 1a: In your task pad, go to the link for the post
- Step 1b: At the top should be the link for the message(s), click on that
- Step 1c: Find the correct message that you are trying to post, and copy it
- Now you are ready to post the message
Step 2: Posting
- Step 2a: Log into the account listed for the message you are posting by going to the website link and clicking on the log-in link.
- Step 2b: Starting a new post can be different within different online networks, but if you need assistance, just ask.

- Step 2c: Choose the category or section that is indicated for that specific message to be posted, or add categories or tags as needed.
- Step 2d: Past the entirety of the message into the body of the post, you may need to go back to the message pad and copy the message again.
- Step 2e: You may need to Copy and paste the title / subject seperatly, or cut and paste it into the correct field.
- Step 2f: You may also need addition random information. Just do your best to find it, or ask for more info.
- Step 2g: If you asked to upload a picture or doccument with the post, follow the steps allowed to do so. Usually this includes downloading the picture to your computer, and then clicking a browse button to upload it.
- Step 2h: Sometimes you need to review before Publishing, and you are done :)
Step 3: Confirmation & Doccumentation
- Step 3a: Most of the time the post will automatically publish and give you a link to your published post. (if you do not get this link just email hr@heeo.in and let us know and we can take care of finelzing the publishing)
- Step 3b: If you do get the link, copy it, and paste it into the pad under the city heading for that message as a confirmation that the message as been posted.
- Step 3c: If it is asking for email confirmation before it will post, you can do that yourself by logging into the gmail account using the same email and passcode on http://gmail.com Just click on the confirmation for posting. If it is more complicated, again just email hr@heeo.in
- Step 3d: When you are done with the task email hr@heeo.in and/ or update your work report
