On-Going Tasks:

- Make sure your Monthly Work Report Pad is created and updated regularly.
- Also keep your task pad updated with your current schedule and current tasks.
- Check in's & Scheduling
- Check in with Jay Regularly by email, skype, text, or phone, as needed.
- Also check this task list, for updates.
- For your first Monthly session, you are expected to remotly attened the Worker Orientation meeting through phone or internet connection. Please follow instructions by email for real-time meetings. To make sure that we schedule the Orientation at the correct time, please vote for the best times.
- Getting Paid: Make sure we know how you want to get paid if you haven't already told us.

- When your ready you also need to set up your wiki pages, but this does not have to happen right away, as long as you have your pads you are good.
- Project Management System Sign UP:
- When your ready, we would also like you to get signed up and understanding our Project Managment System.

- HR Board Proposal:
- You can work without HR Board approval durring monthly sessions for 3 months. To continue you have to write and send a brief proposal to the HR Board. You can do this at anytime, you do not need to wait 3 months until your temporary work approval expires. For those that are working in-between monthly session, we recomend getting your board proposal in within 1 month.
