4 Global Time Zones Scheduling Method:
Because it is very difficult to schedule global real-time meetings, we have devised a method that allows for the easiest global group scheduling, but does mean that individuals will have to do a little extra work to memorize the difference between their local time and one of the 4 global times that we use. Once you memorize the difference from your local time zone, you can easily vote on any of our global schedulign forms. To vote for the time preference that work best for you, just select the check boxes next to the times associated to the time zone closest to you and focus on that column. Once you get used to it its not that hard, and as we all begin to use standardized global times, we will all be able to work together better. The other key time system that we use is the Moon Cycle Clock: http://piratepad.net/MoonClock

We have split the world into four time zones:
EurAfrica Time Zone (UTC +0):
- For All of Europe, All of Africa, and Antartica we use exact UTC time (UTC+0). For some, you have already memorized your local time to UTC time, and if so you can just use this time for schedule voting. This means that most people will only have to subtract 1-3 hours from their local time, and no more than 4-5 hours for anybody. The following countries currently use UTC +0; Iceland, England, Irland, Portugal, and eastern Africa including Morocco, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.
Asia Time Zone (UTC+6):
- For all of Asia, all of Austrialia and the eastern Pacifc, we use (UTC +6). This means that most people will only have to subtract 1-3 hours from their local time, and no more than 4-5 hours for anybody. The following countries currently use UTC +6; Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bhutan, Bangladesh. In Russia it is Yekaterinburg Time. India uses UTC +5.5 so is only 30 minutes less, china would be +2.
Americas Time Zone (UTC-6):
- For all of North America, all of South America, and parts of the western Pactic, we use (UTC -6). This means that most people will only have to subtract 1-3 hours from their local time, and no more than 4-5 hours for anybody. The following countries currently use UTC -6; Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. It is offically considred the Central Time Zone, as used in Canada and the US, and is the primary time zone of Mexico as it is used for the eastern side of the country.
Oceana Time Zone (UTC+12)
- For the area of the Pacific Ocean, including parts of eastern austrialia, new zealand, hawaii, Alaska, Eastern tip of Russia, and other various islands within the Pacific. This means that most people will only have to subtract 1-3 hours from their local time, and no more than 4-5 hours for anybody. New Zealand is one of the only countries that uses UTC+12, although sometimes they are on daylight savings time.
