We are planning our Restoration Circle for tomorrow, WEdnesday July<br>

with conflict, listening, and non-violent communication.<br>

The session will be from about 1:00-3:30 at the latest, but the times<br>
haven't been set in stone yet.<br>

Please let me know if there are any better times of the afternoon, as<br>
in early afternoon or later, for your involvement.<br>
The latest we could start would probably be 3:00pm.<br>

Lastly we also need agreement on an Act that surfaces as a focal<br>
point for getting our discussions started.   I am proposing that the<br>
act could be me deciding that Stephanie could do classes at the<br>
center without working out issues beforehand, which escalated the<br>
intensity of the situation.  My act simply represents a turning point<br>
where everything got more heated, and lead us to where we are now.  I<br>
didn't realize at the time the seriousness of the problems that were<br>
created from conflict way past that hadn't been dealt with, and<br>
therefore created a difficult situation we find ourself in now.  So<br>
even though the act was a few weeks ago, it connects to many other<br>
instances and issues that have come up.  Let me know if you have any<br>
problems with this being the act we all agree on.<br>
