[WC.TC] Draft Candidate Statement - please review

Hey Everyone,

The county office says they want $8,000 to publish the candidate statement.  I literally have nothing, and I'm running against someone who has been making $200,000 a year for 20 years, not to mention the $600,000 in her coffers for her campaign, funded by massive corporations and corporate executives.

They tried to tell me over and over again that I had no options except to pay the $8,000 by tomorrow.  Instead of giving up, I kept researching and talking to the secretary of state, as well as reviewing the elections code and found section 13309, which has a clause on being indignant in regards to getting your candidate statement published.  There is still no guarantee that they will publish it, but the big time boss is reviewing my case and they may give me an option to turn in my financial paperwork for review, but I will have to have my candidate statement ready for tomorrow.

I think it is pretty good, but it is always important to get an other eye on it.
