[WC.TC] [Volunteers] New Center Policy on Equality

Hey Yall,

There are a lot of changes going on at the center.

I don't have time to go over them all right now, but we will discuss  
them in the future.

For now I am just getting out the new Center Policy on Creating a  
Safe, Positive Environment with Equality for Everyone.

This policy is being implemented immediately from the highest level  
of the Community LIFE Network Board acting on behalf of the Policy  
Council for the Center. The policy is open for discussion and  
amendments as needed.   Feel free to ask any questions about it and  
please read and give comments on the policies evolution, as well as  
the many pages of tools and back up information that goes along with  
the one page policy.

Thank you for everyone's involvement and support.

As some of you may know I am moving somewhat on from my current role  
at the center, but I am 100% committed to supporting and continuing  
the integrity of what I have created here.

I look forward to seeing more students get involved and will always  
be helping out.
