[WC.TC] [Volunteers] Restoration Circle Tomorrow Wed, July 9th, 2008 at 3:00pm

Hi Everyone,

The Restoration Circle will be Tomorrow Wed, July 9th at 3:00pm.   
WCTC Studio Room 302

Anyone who feels like coming can come.  If you have any questions  
about it just call me anytime.

This is going to be an amazing educational experience for all of us,  
to learn more about non-violent communications and conflict mediation  
techniques.

Again we are planning on using the Action of me allowing Stephanie to  
start classes unknowing later realizing that there was a lot that  
should have been worked out before she started them, which escalated  
the issues at the center.

Let me know if you'd like to choose a different act, but remember  
that the act we choose is just a starting point and can connect to  
everything else going on.

Thank you everyone for your participation and commitment to working  
out our differences in a professional manner.  I truly believe we can  
learn to all work together and to collectively evolve.

I would like to really stress that involvement with the center is  
entirely voluntary and that this Restoration circle is also a  
voluntary activity.  No one should feel coerced or feeling forced to  
be involved in this.  You should be coming into the restorative  
circle willing and wanting to truly do your best to work out the  
difference and issues that are going on.

Please let me know if the above statement isn't true for you please  
let me know before the meeting, as involvement in the center in  
general should be about working collectively with the community and  
working out our differences.  I truly believe there isn't an issue to  
big to be worked out, it just takes time.
