Membership Support

Description:
The Membership Support System is the entirety of all the membership  
systems put together in action.  This is the on the ground actual  
connection and dialogue that happens with each and every member  
individually.  All the other membership systems help to support this  
system as the most important for developing relationships with our  
members.

Membership Communications

Description:
The Membership Communications System is the backbone of Membership  
Support.  This system coordinates the scripts, training, and on-going  
communications connections with our members.
Key Components
Scripts
Heart Based Communications Training
Regular Emails to all types of members
Database Updates
Have the database organized, catagorizable and searchable
Interconnecting all the information together from the different  
components of the organism to make sure the person who is  
communicating with our members has all the information they need at  
that moment.
Calendars of activities and events
Financial documentation and information of Organizations and members
Contact information
Membership status & Interests/ connections to other members
Etc.

Membership Buddies

Description:
All Members will get multiple levels of buddies to link in with.  The  
goal of the JLO buddy system is to give everyone so many buddies that  
they at least one of them will click and work out well so that  
everybody has the best chance of having a fabulous buddy experience.
Key Components:
Clear step by step guide to linking members together as buddies on  
the spot so that it is easy, simple, and happening all the time.
Easy system for linking all the already existing members together to  
become buddies & change buddies.
A way to get reports from buddies through the representations system
Plan criteria & evaluation systems, and clear action steps so that  
all buddy teams have clear guidelines on what they are supposed to  
accomplish. (Potentially this should be part of the membership brochure.


Membership Contribution

·      Description:

o      The Membership Contribution System coordinates the process of  
ensuring that it is easy and simple for all members to give money  
continuously and that their money is coordinated in a simple and  
easily handelable way.

·      Key Components:

o      Tracking membership contributions to ensure when people need  
to get their next contribution in.

o      Make it as easy as possible to get on automatic payments and  
bill pay.

o      Track the finances and oversee the positions of our supporters  
on the website etc, who gives the most money…

o      Have clear read out and print outs of the goals to reach for  
membership contributions.
